(1) packaging aluminum profiles by wood texture paper simply, then putting them into bag, the head of bag is tied, pumping vacuum out from the other head,  and wood paper will be absorbed on surface tightly. at the same time, convey aluminum profiles into furnace to heat

(2)under high temperature, wood texture will transferred on surface of aluminum profiles, then furnace door will open automatically,.pumping air into bag, which make wood paper and bag is removed

(3) removing bag and wood texture paper, you can see clear wood texture which also has natural effect.
