1.Introduction of strip feeder:
strip feeder is used for producing aluminum profiles such as door&window and curtain&wall . Strip feeder is the second machine in thermal break aluminum profiles plant, thermal break aluminum profiles plant including four machine: knurling machine, strip feeder , rolling machine and tester
2. Process method:
(1) using knurling machine to make teeth in notch of aluminum extrusion profiles, the teeth can increase the composite force between aluminum extrusion profile and polyamide strip
(2) using strip feeder to insert the polyamide strip in notch of aluminum extrusion profiles where has been knurled
(3) using rolling machine to make aluminum extrusion profile and polyamide strip composite tightly
(4) tester is used for testing the composite force between aluminum extrusion profile and polyamide strip
3.Main features: The strip is not easy to attrit in the course of inserting. Shearing force is stable
